When will my order be processed?
Our orders are processed Tuesday through Friday, 10 am to 4 pm Eastern. If you need to speak to a service representative, call during these hours. Voice mail is active 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Use our toll free number: 888-453-4554 and leave a message for us.
How will my order be shipped?
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for packages and USPS (US Postal Service) for flat envelopes. Be sure to include a street address and daytime phone number. Let us know if your address is NOT a residential address, please.
International orders
International orders are shipped US Mail . We will email you to inform you about the shipping costs before we ship your order. We are sorry, but some items cannot be shipped to international addresses.
