HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for most orders in the US. Be sure to include a street address and daytime phone number. Let us know if your address is NOT a residential address, please.
At your request, we will ship via US Mail. Please understand that due to zone rates there may be an additional charge for heavier US Mail shipments sent either to your address or your post office box.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders are be shipped US Mail using either Global Priority or Air Parcel Post Insured. For information about rates, see the US Postal Service's website, www.usps.com. We will email you to inform you about the shipping costs before we ship your order. We are sorry, but some items cannot be shipped to international addresses.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING FLAT ITEMS LIKE PATTERNS AND BOOKS?
1-4 patterns:$4.60 5 or more patterns: use regular S&H chart.
1-3 books: $4.60 4 or more books: use regular S&H chart.
Please note that when you order flat items like patterns, books, sewing machine needles, etc., our website's software will use the S&H chart figures for your invoice. We will adjust that figure to US Postal Service rates when we bill your credit card. Also please note that flat items are shipped via US Mail.
